Your Guide to Building a Meaningful Life Without Burning Out

Hi, I’m Sofia, and I believe that capable, thoughtful women can create lives that feel deeply fulfilling without sacrificing their well-being in the process.

I know what it’s like to be competent, driven, and quietly carrying a lot. My journey began over two decades ago when I left my small hometown on the northern coast of Spain and moved to the U.S. alone with a scholarship and a fierce determination to build a meaningful life. English was my third language, and yes, you’ll still hear my accent. It’s part of who I am, and I wouldn’t change it.

For over 15 years, I built a demanding engineering career, juggling multiple responsibilities and steadily moving forward. From the outside, it looked like success. Inside, I was managing, but often running on empty. Along the way, life forced me to pause. I was diagnosed with my second autoimmune disease, and I was told the solution would be a pill for the rest of my life. Something in me resisted that answer. I knew there had to be another way to live.

Feeling stretched thin and close to burnout, I made a choice to stop pushing and start listening. I decided to take responsibility for my energy, my health, and the way I was living.

I began rebuilding my life from the inside out. I changed how I nourished my body, how I worked, how I made decisions, and how I related to myself. The transformation wasn’t just physical or professional. It was learning how to support my nervous system, honor my limits, and recognize that I had been living with far less energy and clarity than was possible for me.

As I rebuilt, I saw something important. Small, intentional changes created ripple effects. When alignment came first, momentum followed naturally. Life felt steadier, clearer, and more spacious.

That’s when I understood that thriving isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about learning how to move through life in a way that works with your energy instead of against it. It’s about clarity, rhythm, and self-trust. And I knew I couldn’t keep that knowledge to myself. I wanted to support other capable women like you who are doing their best, carrying a lot, and quietly wondering if there’s a better way to live and work.

Why “Oh Hell Yeah I AM”?

My company name is more than a declaration. It’s a commitment.

A commitment to living on your own terms, trusting yourself again, and saying “Oh Hell Yeah I AM” to the life you’re building, even if you’re still figuring parts of it out.

I chose this name because it reflects the moment I stopped trying to meet external expectations and started choosing alignment over approval. It’s the declaration I want you to make when you reconnect with who you are and how you want to live, without pressure to perform or prove anything.

From Engineering to Alignment: My Approach

As an engineer and Project Management Professional, I spent years dealing with complex problems and turning ambiguity into clear systems. That way of thinking still shapes my work today.

But coaching isn’t just about structure. It’s about understanding people, patterns, and energy.

I’ve lived in male-dominated environments.
I’ve carried responsibility quietly.
I’ve rebuilt my life after loss, including losing my home and belongings to Hurricane Katrina.
I know what it feels like to function well on the outside while feeling depleted on the inside.

That’s why my coaching is grounded, honest, and focused on progress. I help you see clearly, take responsibility for your choices, and move forward with intention and consistency.

Why I’m Here for You

I’m here because I believe you deserve to feel clear, energized, and connected to your life, not just competent at managing it.

Whether you want to:

  • reclaim your energy and focus

  • create boundaries that actually hold

  • move forward without constant self-doubt

  • or reconnect with a sense of meaning and direction

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Together, we create a way forward that fits who you are now, not who you were taught to be.

What’s Next?

If something in you is quietly saying there’s more available than what you’re currently living, you’re not wrong.

You don’t need to overhaul your life overnight. Real change happens through clarity, support, and intentional steps that compound over time.

When you’re ready, I’m here.

With steadiness and belief in your capacity,
Sofia
